Derrick was professional, kind, and patient. He answered all of my questions and ones I didn't even know I needed to ask. He did not put on a high-pressure sales pitch. It was like a breath of fresh-air compared to the other estimates I received.
The installation team members were wonderful professionals. They were punctual, communicative, and friendly. They too answered my questions and walked me through the process. High quality work - highly recommend Supreme!

Called Supreme two days ago to look at my 26 year old AC which was not cooling the house. Anthony came out and advised there was a coolant leak. Due to cost and age he advised to replace the AC. He provided a number of choices without any pressure to buy. Since my furnace was the same age I asked Derrick, the owner, to provide an estimate on both furnace and AC. I decided on a combo that was installed today. Now my wife and I have a cool house again and look forward to a warm house this winter and in the years ahead. Thanks to Derrick, Jay, Tim, and Anthony for their knowledge, professionalism, and fast service!

Derek was very communicative and easy to work with. Gave honest feedback about the state of our equipment without pushing sales. Offered a maintenance deal of returning for a furnace maintenance in the fall. This agreement includes a discount on a replacement unit. The quote for a new unit is very reasonable, and we’ll definitely work with them when we need one. Great trustworthy local business!

The initial appointment was for between 3 and 4. Got a call from Anthony a little after 11, and he said he could be there before noon, made me very happy. Anthony came in and looked at my Nest thermostat, asked some questions, and then went to the outside unit. He could hear that the compressor wasn’t running. The minute he removed the cover he saw the problem, a bad motor controller for the compressor. He had one in the truck, and less than 10 minutes later had it installed. We went in and turned the thermostat back on, and had cold air coming out of the registers. It was nice that I could pay with my card too. I am very happy with the work done, and the cost of everything.
