After 3 bids, Supreme Heating and AC won the contract to install our furnace and central air. Not because they were the lowest bid, because they were the highest, but because they offered the best warranty on BOTH the AC and Furnace. Also we researched the units that each contractor was going to install, and they won for that too. We realized that buying a system, is like buying a car, you have to do your research or you might end up with a lemon. The other contractors, were selling lower end units. Supreme installed our units in about half a day, including removal of our old system. Derrick was knowledgeable and meticulous to doing the job right, then tested to make sure everything was set to manufactures specifications. Bottom line, do your research, and give Supreme a chance to install your HVAC system.

This was my second time dealing with Supreme Heating and Cooling and I wouldn't use anyone else! I used a different company for years and their customer service went to shit and their prices went crazy. Both times I called i spoke to Derrick (the owner) he is so friendly and accommodating, it's like talking to an old friend. And his employees are just as great. I had the pleasure of working with Tony this past summer and Brandon this fall for a system check. Both were personable, very knowledgeable and NOT pushy salesmen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPREME HEATING AND COOLING and I am not a person who gives lengthy reviews or reviews at all for that matter.

We needed a new furnace and new AC.We had quotes from 5 other companies and decided on Supreme Heating. Let’s just say we made a good decision! The installation was smooth and quick. The installers were professional and courteous. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and showed us how to work all the new equipment. The warranty provided is great. The owner even did the registration of the equipment for the warranty. I would highly recommend Supreme Heating and Cooling to anyone and everyone!! We are very satisfied customers!

Derrick was the absolute best wow. He took my call and immediately came to the rescue by squeezing me in before his other job for the day. Upon arrival you can tell that he is very knowledgeable in all things heating and cooking. He doesn’t just do work, he cares about safety and is very transparent. I would recommend him to any person needing HVAC services. Him and his team will get whatever you need done !

These guys installed our new AC unit last year and have come back periodically to check on the system as part of the maintenance agreement. In all my encounters, they were on time, did a good job, offered a fair price, communicated well, and seemed honest. I recommend them.
