I cant say enough about the service I've received from Derrick and his guys. I had a new Bryant AC unit and furnace installed with this company and the professionalism and know how has been greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am and how wonderful it was to work with Derrick from beginning to end. Gives you faith that there are still good people in this world. Him and his colleague were efficient, professional, and kind. The new unit is beautiful and works so well. I will never recommend anyone else other than Supreme Heating and Cooling. Outstanding job! Our AC unit went down as it did each year when outside temps rise. We decided to replace our outdated and undersized unit. Supreme came out that day and gave us an estimate and replaced the unit the very next day. They were very organized, clean, polite and knowledgeable. We also loved the text alerts when they are in route and who will be arriving. The AC is the coolest it's ever been, we are very pleased and highly recommend Supreme, you won't be disappointed.

UPDATE : added photos you can tell the difference between the old unit and the new bryant unit look at how they even made it look nice on the ground with mulch and caulked the holes the lines run unto the house like the amazing pros they are! Very helpful, honest pricing saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. Their work was immaculate and they even accommodated our house by going through 2 backyards (with permission) because it was the only way the new condenser could get back there. Went from an R22 unit that was 22 years old to a brand new bryant and the difference was noticeable with 20 minutes of running the unit it cooled the house down more than 2 hours on the old unit. Derrick is both trustworthy and a professional in all aspects. Even when told the new thermostat wasn't perfectly flush but I was OK with it he went out of his way to make it perfectly flush. He explained how to use the new touchscreen thermostat and made getting a new central AC (condenser, A-coil and line set) a seamless job. I'd recommend them to anyone as I used them for myself. Can't praise them enough not to mention they saved me from being ripped off by another company that's wanted to charge me $2100 more for a bottom tier unit. The big difference is one company sent a sales person but this company sent an actual technician who was the leader of the install team (derrick) was the one to come out, take measurements (unlike the rip off company), and gave me a quote and broke it down. Let's not forget supreme heating and cooling has a much better warranty then any of the other companies I spoke to, the others only had 5 year parts or 1 year labor etc. Supreme has a 10 year parts, 2 year labor, and 2 year maintenance warranty. It's in the name Supreme is SUPREME!

Technicians were very knowledgeable and were very polite and prompt. Installed new furnace within 3 hours the same day. Never had this happen with other vendors. The price was also very reasonable. Appreciated the $1,000 discount. I would like an estimate for a new air conditioning system and a time frame of when it could be installed.
