5 stars just isn't enough. I talked with Dereck and he was very understanding about my collectors box. He got back with me through text and phone call. He ordered my part (from manufacturer, doesn't use universal parts) and installed by Brandon. Brandon was knowledgeable and has impeccable timing. He gave me pointers for future issues and maintenance pointers as well. Pricing was regular but they honestly helped way more than what he charged me. Great guys all around. Will be using again.

We needed a new furnace and new AC.We had quotes from 5 other companies and decided on Supreme Heating. Let’s just say we made a good decision! The installation was smooth and quick. The installers were professional and courteous. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and showed us how to work all the new equipment. The warranty provided is great. The company is top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and curteous. The price seems reasonable, though I must admit, I'm not positive. However, excellent customer service goes a long way with me and Supreme delivered. Derrick got me in with no fuss for 1st, an evaluation and then for the install. Just in time for the lower temps. Offered a maintenance deal of returning for a furnace maintenance in the fall. This agreement includes a discount on a replacement unit. The quote for a new unit is very reasonable, and we’ll definitely work with them when we need one. Great trustworthy local business!
