HVAC Maintenance Plan

5 stars just isn't enough. I talked with Dereck and he was very understanding about my collectors box. He got back with me through text and phone call. He ordered my part (from manufacturer, doesn't use universal parts) and installed by Brandon. Brandon was knowledgeable and has impeccable timing. He gave me pointers for future issues and maintenance pointers as well. Pricing was regular but they honestly helped way more than what he charged me. Great guys all around. Will be using again.

We needed a new furnace and new AC.We had quotes from 5 other companies and decided on Supreme Heating. Let’s just say we made a good decision! The installation was smooth and quick. The installers were professional and courteous. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and showed us how to work all the new equipment. The warranty provided is great. The owner even did the registration of the equipment for the warranty. I would highly recommend Supreme Heating and Cooling to anyone and everyone!! We are very satisfied customers!

He was polite and knowledgeable and quickly earned our trust by being upfront and honest.Supreme replaced our heating and cooling systems in a few hours. We were able to upgrade to more efficient and reliable appliances and the cost was $3,000 less than we were quoted by another HVAC contractor.We’re very pleased with their service. The company is top notch. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and curteous. The price seems reasonable, though I must admit, I'm not positive. However, excellent customer service goes a long way with me and Supreme delivered. Derrick got me in with no fuss for 1st, an evaluation and then for the install. Just in time for the lower temps. Anthony, Jay and Tim were all awesome! Thank you Derrick. I can tell you run a tight ship 😉 with excellent customer service and skills training.

Derrick was professional, kind, and patient. He answered all of my questions and ones I didn't even know I needed to ask. He did not put on a high-pressure sales pitch. It was like a breath of fresh-air compared to the other estimates I received.The installation team members were wonderful professionals. They were punctual, communicative, and friendly. Derek was very communicative and easy to work with. Gave honest feedback about the state of our equipment without pushing sales. Offered a maintenance deal of returning for a furnace maintenance in the fall. This agreement includes a discount on a replacement unit. The quote for a new unit is very reasonable, and we’ll definitely work with them when we need one. Great trustworthy local business!
